We generally have multiple projects going at a time to decrease wait time but depending on our volume of requests there may be a waiting period before we can start on your project. Our lead time on custom project varies based on the size and complexity of the request but is usually 2-4 weeks from the start of the project. Please describe your request in as much detail as you can. Include a detailed description, sizing, thickness, finish (if you want a glossy or matte finish), how many you need, if you need design work and/or if you have a vector file ready. Please have any reference images ready to send as well if design work is needed. If you simply have a request for us to carry an item that we currently do not like certain crystals or a specific mold design, just list it here.
